It offers good services. There are impeccably clean rooms with fairly clean bathrooms. The staff is pleasant and the food is brilliant!

The staff here were very welcoming and made me feel at home; the location is fabulous, just a short walk from Old Zandvliet Farm.

Had really comfortable stay for a Noordwijk visit, the staff were exceptional, location was magnificent to downtown of Lisse. The breakfast was tasty and absolutely superb, well presented and with a huge variety of options. Location: the hotel was right by the fields-14 euros for the whole day, the keukenhoff tulip park and public transport. There was an in-house restaurant nearby.

False advertising with regards to WiFi. It does not work and from what I found out it has not worked for a long time. Very frustrating. I don’t recommend staying at this hotel if you have to work and need reliable connectivity.

Good location for visiting Amsterdam(by bus) and other Netherlands attractions(by car). Excellent rooms for the price. Pool opened conveniently in the morning and in the night during the week. Big private free parking. Helpfull staff (the ones that talk english).

Standard rooms need to be a bit restored to be brought back to 4 stars standard. Strange pre-approval procedure of credit card with money back in about 2 weeks.

The location of this place is great, within walking distance to casinos, bars, a river, and a park, making it a very enjoyable stay for a visit to Noordwijk.

This hotel is clean, nice, and well decorated. There are many extras in this hotel, including wonderful restaurent, living room, pool room, coffe room. Plenty space for free parking. However, the wi-fi signal seems not good enough for our notebook computers inside the room.

Perfect location close to restaurants and bars, making it super convenient. Our room had a great view and was comfy with twin beds. 🌟

We have chosen De Nachtegaal twice because of its proximity to Schiphol without being in Amsterdam. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The restaurant is convenient and good. This time, we were not able to take advantage of the breakfast because of a very early flight. But last year, it was very good.

The front desk service has always been excellent. This time, we did not arrive until after 22:00. The front desk person, a female, was very nice, friendly and helpful. We asked for a wake-up call at 05:00 in order to catch an early flight. She duly noted the time on our registration form. The next morning, we did not receive any wake-up call. Fortunately, I was awake and the lack of a call created no problem. I mentioned it casually to the front desk person, a male, just as a matter of information. I did not ask why we had not received a call. Nor did I make it an issue. The front desk person immediately said he had made the call. I said we did not receive any call. He vehemently said that he called five times between 5 and 5:15 A.M. I said we were in the room and received no call. Obviously, we did not answer since he allegedly called five times. I am not upset by the failure to receive the call. I am upset by his attitude and unprofessional behavior.
